the good news is i dont have trouble shedding pounds

i just got off my ass a bit and cut down on eating like a pig

i went from 163 to 180 in 7 mos cause i was eating like a pig and sitting on my ass

now im down to 175  in just a few weeks, this is doing better than i thought

im 5'11"

Very cool, I wish I could do the same as you.. I'm always on my ass.. but I don't eat like a pig.. so my weight stays around 150lbs to 155lbs.. I'm 5'7 though.. haha
