Joe Biden was caught plagiarizing a 15 page paper in college. See WIKI. It is believed that he copied 5 of the 15 pages in the paper, although not all of it, a significant amount was copied. Five straight apges. He failed the class and was forced to take it again. Bad character or ignore it and say, "Everyone does stuff like that, makes a few mistakes." It is also believed to be the reason why he failed to win his 1988 presidential nom., because opponents kept bringing up the cheating.

I honestly hate Bidden, however, I like Obama.

Anyways, does it really matter? If you are trying to bring this around to "Hes bad for VP" then your point is nulled by the fact McCain nearly failed out of the Naval Academy. The only reason her even made it was because his dad was an Admiral.

Back on subject: It just plain doesnt matter. Yes, it shows bad character. Politicians are full of all of that. Its been so long though, it really doesnt mean hes dumb, or incompetent. The man is a career politician. He has experience.
