so today i had a rough day of riding. i was doing really good until i tried fakie-ing
(riding backwards) up the roll in (THIS:
).
my tire slid out and i slamemd my knee into the frame of my bike.
instantly swelled and bruised.
so i got up and rode some more.
not more than 5 minutes later i did the same thing but bailed out and got a peg slammed into my skin. instantly knot and bruise.
i am in so much pain.
make it better?
