My computer seems to not want to work. I can only use it on Safe Mode ATM.
It is about 3 weeks old and it has Windows Vista on it.

I start the computer up, and it asks me if I want to use Safe mode or Windows Normally.
So I click on Start Windows Normally. After that, it loads up for 1 minutes, then my screen goes black and my computer shuts off

How do you re-install Vista?
It came already pre-installed on my computer All that I have is the product key which is listed on the side of my computer.
