She could be "taking everything for granted" as you say, but it sounds like your jealousy is preventing you from valuing her and seeing her problems as valid. I imagine that if she suffers problems from her family or her boyfriend, you wouldn't see them as problems. If she is unsatisfied about something, you'd think of reasons why she shouldn't be.

You don't tell her that you're jealous, but you probably show it in all the little ways. From your post it doesn't even sound like you respect her as a true friend. Why would you even "do anything for her"? Because you're afraid she'd reject you? Because you think she's better than you and are thus prone to rejecting you?

Sorry if I sound harsh, i don't mean to lay the blame on you, but from your post it really sounds like you're just too caught up with your jealousy. I have friends like this and it drives me nuts how impenetratable their perception is, that in their eyes i can't possibly have problems.
