Almost anything with the word "Super" in the name scares me. It makes me think that they only try to impress you, while the product doesn't actually fulfill its job. Here's what I recommend: (By the way, on my own computer, I only use anti-virus; I'm good at avoiding viruses, don't use IE, and have never had any problems)
Anti-Virus:Avast! is a great, fast, free anti-virus.
Anti-Spyware:Spybot Search/Destroy has a funny name, but is a great product. You wouldn't necessarily need it, but it is a good tool to have on hand.
Crap Cleaner:CCleaner will clean your computer up and fix any problems with your registry. I highly recommend this.
