She probably can get an abortion without parental consent. Check out an Planned Parenthood to figure out more, or she could talk to her Dr.

Childbirth is dangerous AND abortion is dangerous. Both are. AND behind-the-back abortions aren't always the best. Sometimes, sure it will work and you won't have a problem. But what if you get an idiot who doesn't know what they're doing? Then you're fucked.
