You don't necessarily have to gain weight; if you're healthy, they'll be making sure your eating habits are ok, not your actual weight. If you're right, and there's nothing wrong, the people at the program will know that, and be ok with it. They're professionals, they've seen loads of people with problems. They'll decide, and let you go if you're fine. If you're that sure you don't need to go, ask your parents if you can go to a consultation meeting first. That way, someone who works at the center can review whether you belong there, and explain why they think you need help if you should be going.
