OMG....talk about stupidity.  I have read it all now.

You have sex with someone that won't kiss you.  You have sex with someone that you seldom hug and avoid eye contact with.  I would rather have sex with a blow up plastic doll.  

You are being used and so delirious that you allow him to get away with it.  

You may call it a movie buddy but I am sure he calls you a fuck buddy.

You are in for a long bumpy ride and you deserve it because you have allowed yourself to get into this mess.  You can't make someone love you...never!

You are definitely confusing yourself with lust and love.
I'm sure you have realized that he doesn't love you. Not only that but it sounds like he never did especially when he told you to keep your emotions to yourself.
And not to bring you down but he's using you just for your physical appearance. Just an opinion.

Ok, finally... months and months later.. we are still having sex, but I've mostly gotten over him.  I still love him and still have the potential to fall back in love with him, but I'm okay with just sex.  
:-)
He also lets me say "I love you" if I would like to.
