I'm sorry to hear that, but things will get better. You just have to work on your anger issues. Try calming yourself down when you feel yourself getting angry. Take deep breaths and think of better things, or think about how other times you've gotten angry haven't gotten you anywhere. Just work on it, and next time, you won't feel so bad.
