I feel so depressed right now...friends are constantly letting me down and things NEVER work out with any guy I like.I dont know if it's me or what?I just feel like busting out crying...please help???!:( :( :(

Hey.

What do you mean by depressed?  Depression is more than a mood, it's a mental imbalance so if you are actually suffering from depression I advice you to see a doctor.

Now; I know life has it's ups and down but our ability to maintain control it's what makes us have a healthy mind. If you are not able to cop with this problems then you need help; but it's not a simple case of not wanting to deal with them or being affected by them. We all feel bad about things at times but the important thing is that we learn to deal with them.

I understand why things like friends, guy you like, etc; seem to make things worst but in life you just need to learn to compromise and decide what's best for you. If friends or other things in life are making you feel bad then you need to do something about it. If your life isn't what you want your life to be then you need to make it what you want. This takes time but with effort you can be happy, and have all the things you want. It's all about keeping a positive mind and learning to deal with stuff and always come out with your chin up.

Perhaps you just need to wake up tomorrow and say to yourself: Today I'm changing or fixing this problem and make it happen. You'll see that gradually things will improve. You just focus and achieve. Wake up everyday and say: I am a step closer to my goal. Make a list and check mark every single thing you achieve. Life doesn't need to suck. It's just that the good things in life are hard and don't come in a silver platter.


Every time you feel like crying take a deep breath and do something that calms you down.  Perhaps doing sports, painting, etc; we are all different but once you find what's that thing that calms you stick to it and you'll see how in the middle of all the chaos you'll find calm and will be able to get a new perspective about things.
