Over the past few weeks I have noticed that my spine has been rubbing against the backs and visible through sweaters... It's rather annoying. It actually hurt when I tried to lie down in the bath today. But how can I lose flesh/ padding on my back? Or could this be something else? It's the same with my pelvic bones, they rub like hell. But when I weigh myself (yes, back to that old habit) I haven't changed...

ummm maybe your clothes are just tighter.

losing muscle and gaining fat could even out your weight, but you'll notice a physical difference...

There is beauty inside a woman who believes in herself;
who knows she is capable of anything that she puts her mind to.
who knows she can fall, pick herself up, and move on.
