soooo good today at not eating. all i had since dinner last night was a low calorie hard candy. and then my mom forces me to eat dinner, and tells me that as long as i eat even a little, she'll be happy. but instead, i eat a whole damn plateful. i see some purging in my future, probably in the shower in a few minutes.
i am SO fucking dissapointed in myself.

Yea its not safe, but I'm in the same boat as you are. I'm in therapy and was just recently diagnosed as anorexic. Now I'm prolly going to have to tell my parents next time I see my therapist. I can't tell you what to do to make yourself better, because I am in no place to do that; but I think you know what your doing to yourself and that its not healthy. If I hadn't have been so stubborn and hard-headed maybe I wouldn't be in therapy once a week. You just need to stop what your doing to yourself before it becomes a habit that you can't control anymore. If you need to talk you can always pm me anytime.
