so I volunteer at an outreach center. There starting a youth program and I'm going to be its director. Its a small group. Mainly for troubled teens. Teens who are dealing with drug addiction, drinking, suicide, cutting, and girls who are pregnant. There are some teens who aren't really coping with anything. But still. I have around 10 people. I thought about these activities...
Going to the movie theater
laser tag
Cicis
to the lake
having a movie night.
Any other suggestions??
maybe going to a brewery or a meth lab perhaps??? Hmmm
its not a church so we do all our junk on Friday-Sunday.
FYI me and the church pay for everything

after you have done an event with them ask them what they want to do, there suggestions really get it going and it makes them feel like they have power over there lives in a safe positive way.

but i do agree with the meth lab, i think at one point or another ALL kids should visit a meth lab...sounds like my LMNTry school trips...haha

Games night...some fun teenage games (these sound like teenagers) are Cranium, Apples to Apples, Uno, Rat-a-tat-cat, or any other card games.

Maybe some sort of get to know you games?  Don't know how well bonded the group is, but a fishbowl, or one of those game sets with questions on it (any sort of game is a good investment, because when the group's composition changes, the games will be viable again).
