Hi! My name is Shaun. I am 18 and I am in ROTC. This isn't the actual military, it's a cadet training program that you take during college to become an officer once you graduate.
First of all, it is entirely situationally dependent on when/where/if you can shower. It depends whice service you go into (Army/Navy/Marines/Airforce) and it depends how you branch (your job in that service, ie Military intelligence)
If you are looking for the best living conditions with the best resources, then I would highly suggest that you research the air force. The air force is the branch that is more "physical" than "mental" so to speak. Though all military jobs have a physical aspect to it, Air Force is for those who want to think with their minds and not their bodies.
