As someone who used to be a bodybuilder, i got to talk to the top pros of nutrition and sport drugs.
I can say IOVATE (the creators of muscletech products and many other) are a farce. Pure marketing propaganda, they fill the pills with inferior chinese herbs. PLACEBO effect.

I suggest you don't. It may feel like you are wasting money, but i forgot to mention they contain a chemical that damages your intestine very badly, just throw them away. I studied sports science and competed as a powerlifter, did bodybuilding for a while....so if you ever need nutrition or fitness help. Feel free to PM me.
