I mean she says im only slightly depressed or 'we all have our bad days' but that said, she doesnt realise i get really suicidal sometimes. Just wondering what you guys thought?

Yes, you do have to be depressed to be suicidal. Something in your life has to cause you to want to end your life...mostly that something makes you depressed, and then ends in death. at least that's the worst case scenario.
