Over the weekend/thanksgiving break i had the worst break down i've ever had. today break is over and it's time to go back to school. i can't go to school, i'm freaking out, and i can't handle it... i just want...to sleep. that's all i'm capeable of doing it seems, and all the people and noises and bright lights is going to freak me out more. i really don't think i will make it through today without ending up freaked out at some point and just walking out.

I know wut u mean so I understand. I did that countless times b/c of anxiety/breakdowns/etc. If u r goin thru such a hard time, u cld try the hospital for a break and reathing room. It does help and they dont treat u like ur psychotic. I missed 79 days in my senior year of hs and I graduated by first being put on a 504 plan where I was taking classes at home then went back to school. The school social worker helped me so much. Please don't suffer alone and get help. I stress this b/c it's your future and I know firsthand. If u want 2 know more or need any advice or just to talk, please message me. I sincerely mean that

Ha thats not bad compared to my sister.......ahh funny times.....not for her.......but for me......ha that was some serious problems.......You just need sleep......take tomorrow off and sleep and go in the next day
