Hiding depression for a year, but maybe longer, since i don't remember ever being happy.
but its been getting worse this past year.
worse and worse and worse.
i started cutting two months ago, and ive been doing it almost daily, and i cant stop.
and for the last two months ive been thinking more and more about suicide.
not as the easy way out, since i certainly wouldnt consider suicded easy, so many things can go wrong, but just as my "future" i guess.
does that make any sense? or is it pathetic that i feel like this?

Depression is not at all pathetic, it's a disease.


Honey you need to stop hurting yourself it might be a temperary relief but it does you no good in the long run. Get yourself some help, tell your parents, talk to your councellor, call your teen help line(they usually have an office or clinic where you can talk to someone for free in person) whatever your comfortable with, but get help. Because believe me if you don't it gets worse.
