Alright. This might sound crazy.  
But My friend was actually standing by in a nearby base.  
Those people were actually IED scouting. They found an IED in the dog. The dog was practically dead. A Failed IED, but the chemicals were going to kill it anyways. It was going to die a slow and painful death.

No probs. ^-^ It is true though. We need to think about ALL the problems. Not just focus on the biggest. Cause in the end the big problems start of small. So we NEED to think about them too.

and be warned! you can hear the puppy screaming as the soldier throughs it...i am disgusted to even call this man a soldier let alone a US citizen >.<
