any animal can have a bad temperament, depending on how it's raised and handled. Mind you, people consider pit bull's vicious and such. But it really depends on the owner and how the animal is brought up. 
From what I learnt, Fennecs aren't properly domesticated yet, though. So they'd be considerably unpredictable.

I'm clearly aware of that But Fennecs, unlike dogs, cats, birds, rodents etc, are not yet domesticated, and therefore, it is cruel and unnecessary to keep them in domestic environments, and they will be more than likely to become hostile and aggressive in such circumstances. according to everything i've read they've been domesticated since 1960. 
That's really not very long at all, and is more than likely just stating how long people have been keeping them as pets for, not how long they've been domesticated for. I've read more on them not yet being domesticated.
