It's not spam. I only post it when it's true, or if I'm in an asshole mood. It's legitimate commentary when used correctly. Though, not in response to my posts! Those fail posts should be deleted! Meh. I don't think it's necessarily a violation of the terms of use though, in all seriousness. Though, in response to serious help threads, it is inappropriate and should be deleted as such.
