I'm supposing you're implying that diversity = greater prevalence of non-whites, and the lack of diversity means a greater prevalence of whites?  

I'd suggest looking at Puerto Rico on the bottom right.  There aren't many whites there, yet its diversity is something like the North's.  Diversity, in plain terms of the context of this map, simply means a greater mix of ethnically different peoples.  For the US mainland, that usually means less diversity = more whites, and that is certainly so of the North.

I was surprised though the North was so non-diverse.

The West and the Midwest and the Northwest didn't surprise me much.

Unlike the OP I don't think everyone in the South  "hate diversity". (Actually I bet he was being sacastic but the local WNs took him at face value)

What I'd like to know is why on LW a lot of so-called racialist/WN./WS are from the south. They say its because diversity breeds racism. Do you agree with  that theory?

Or is it just that those guys are poseurs or that they lie about where they from or that they like to think this is so because it feeds into their worldview of Pure white vs Diversity?

I kind of figured actually about the diverse South because of the bussing and the desegragation.

Really. Just think about it.

The reason that there is a much higher amount of "minorities" in certain places is because of the lifestyle in that area.

I live in Florida. Why do you think so many Puerto Ricans and Cubans live in central and south florida ? Because it's a comfortable lifestyle for them and there are plenty of people similar to them living nearby, so it's just natural to seek that out.

It's common sense, man. Same goes for every other place that's more populated with one or more of the same race together, not because we in the South as whole "chase away" the minorities.

Your chart proves nothing; at least nothing that can justify what you're saying.

What are you doing messing up the nice white nations with your nasty nonwhite genes anyway?  

Of course I can talk: I got more diversity in my blood than most states!

That's largely because you missed the sarcasm in my OP.

The underlying point was that many people complain about how racist (or "anti-diversity," which I find many up North interpret racism as) Southerners are, despite the fact that the South is far more diverse than the North, except in a few urban centers.  And that when faced with the map I displayed, there's some real irony.
