It seems like if I talk in my dreams, I'm yelling at someone cause they did something really bad and there's a lot of anger and I just explode. I'm really nice awake though. How can I stop having dreams like this without being a bitch and yelling at people when I'm awake?

Well, try to sleep better. Sleep more, but not too much more. Become aware of why or when or what causes these dreams. All of these are important steps if you're trying not to do this. But, what do I or any of the people online know about this, it'd be best if you went to see someone about this.
