ok. My friend has had an eating disorder for ages but hes geting better but he has very bad concentration and cant ever think much like when it comes to homework and studying. He needs help. Badly and fast as exams are coming up and he has his leaving cert in two years, if he isnt held back. Just please any information wil help! Like food that will help or techniques or just anything! Please help!

just cuz it's not as common in guys as it is in girls, it happens.

to the OP: talk to a counselor, be open for your friend (listen and don't judge him)

My mum is a psychologist and sees boys like that , it happens and it is work for the pros. On the other hand I cannot concentrate and in my case it cause by puberty, how old is he?

There is no easy was out of this.
There's not just a food he can take, life isn't that easy.
He needs to get 8 hours of sleep, every night. He needs to eat enough food, and fully nutritious food. But most importantly, he needs to put in effort in focusing and doing work.

Your best bet is to get him to eat. If he doesn't want to, explain why he should. Its unhealthy to not eat and can actually do more harm than "good". Being skinny isn't what matters. Its being healthy and in good shape.
But get him to eat healthy foods such as lots of salad and things with peanut butter.
Then help him study for all his exams.

There are teen help locations that offer free therapy. See the school counselor at least.
