i wouldnt really reccomend doing them too often. a few in the morning is good to get your blood flowing and get a good kick start for the day, but if you are already lifting heavy during the week, you may overtrain your muscles too much and stop the muscle tissue from repairing itself between workouts. You can try it I guess and see how you feel, every ones body is different and has different limitations so its hard to say, but my adivse would be to only do a few and not every day
