Can someone help me solve this problem?

A 20 kg uniform beam is placed on two supporting stands on either end. A 75 kg painter stands at 1.2 m from one of the ends. If the length of the beam is 2.2 m, find the forces at the two supports. Show all your drawings and calculate.

:( I suck at physics...
