 ...my reply was basically an example. let's say a member has been info warned about making anonymous topics concerning wetting the bed or something. i see an anonymous topic about wetting the bed. the topic isn't against the guidelines so it shouldn't be trashed, but i suspect it's this particular member. i check who it is, and then take the appropriate action against the member.

We have multiple members, who will post the same topic over and over again anonymously, despite whatever support they may get.

The pregnancy forum also gets quite a number of trolls posting just to cause shock waves about teen pregnancy and abortions and all. So occasionally I look if I get troll vibes. If it's not a troll, I click away and that's it.

We don't sit around gossiping about who anonymously posted what. We move on and 98% of the time completely forget who posted it.

I'm questioning the rules for the good of LW, mods always respond to my topics with "Oh you whiney little brat, you want the rules bent for you etc etc"

Delete it, make note of it, if it's a habitual abuser, informal warning, formal warning, or farther.

Just because a member uses anonymous to troll, or make fake topics doesn't mean they are protected.
