It is sad the reasons he was elected but honestly he's a much better choice than McCain. I just hope a girl gets a shot here soon. I most countries have already had a girl president (developed ones anyhow).
Much better choice? Did you do any researching his policies? If you did, you would have noticed that in his debates he contradicted what he said in earlier rallies.

And most people I know of who voted Obama didnt do it BECAUSE he was black. They did it because they agreed with his policies/ thought hed do a better job in office than McCain. Of course some people voted for him simply because of his skin colour, but then, some people voted against him simply because of his skin colour, too. Id like to think those votes get pretty close to balancing out the idiocy of voting for race, rather than platform

I consider myself an American without a president once he is in off.
It PISSES ME OFF so much that he ONLY got elected because of his skin color. Out of everyone I know who voted for obango only voted for him because he was black.
It sickens me that America thinks like that.
