One of my friends that i know, likes my sister. They both talk on MSN over webcam and that. She knows he likes her but isn't giving anything away in terms of her feelings towards him.

Meanwhile he's absolutely madly in love with her which i dont have a problem with. My problem is this: he keeps asking me what shes doing and texting ME at 2am saying he loves her and all this.

It's a little annoying. I dont see what i have to do with this, why doesnt he just tell HER that? How do i put it nicely that i *dont care*

Just say it straight up.
Start hinting to him that he should tell her that stuff.
&& when he asks you what shes doing, say something like "I don't know. I'm not her babysitter."

He'll get the hint eventually.
