Caught girlfriend messing around with best friend |

Today I decided to go see my girlfriend, I go to her house and hear my friend in there, I decide to go around back since she usually leaves it open for me. As soon as I go around the side I see my friend come running out of the front of the house butt naked holding his clothes in his hand. I walk in on my girlfriend getting dressed. So after I saw that I just left. I haven't talked to either of them since this. Right now I'm just feeling really pissed, sad and something else right now. This friend of mine I had known since I was 3 and he was 4. So we go WAY back. This girl I had known my whole life since well we were neighbors. I don't know what to do right now, I've never had this happen before, I've been dumped before sure, but I've never caught my girl friend messing around with someone else before. I just don't know what to do.... Just really depressed

I understand you're really depressed right now, but eventually you're going to see them again, so you got two choices 1. Ignore them in your depression or
2. Talk to your friend about it. You guys have been buddies for a number of years, i'm sure you guys can find out how and why this happened?

I would say give each one of them a chance to explain themselves and see what happens from there. Friendships are hard to come by and see if there is a chance of working things out before dismissing them
