I say guys. Mainly because alot of guys say "I wouldn't go out with a girl if she had *insert physical imperfection here*". Even if it's something quite common. And they really mean it.
Where as all the girls I know may say : "I don't like it when guys have *physical inperfection*", BUT it doesn't stop them from actually liking and accepting a guy. That's what my experience of it is. For example. My friend once said "I don't like really hairy guys.", and now she goes out with one (and she loves it). I think girls are more WILLING to overlook imperfection.
Maybe that's just my school/year level. Guys probably grow out of that.
