Im traveling to Brussels Belgium for my first high school wrestling match..i am Senior in High School.. I decided to try wrestling this year. (i just moved to this school)  I
m not the best at it. I just need tips on Shooting. and how to not be nervous...

That is really, really cool. Don't even focus on the wrestling, just on having fun on your trips haha. I'd be more excited about seeing all these places.
