I was raised the same way and sometimes it can be hard, but even if it doesnt seem that way, you being nice and polite will one day get you that special someone. Some girls like bad guys or trouble makers and these are obviously not the kind of girl you want. One day you will find someone that appreciates that way of thinking and will reward you for it.

Goes both ways I would guess. Im pretty damn nice but im also shy, low self esteem and all that good stuff XD so yeah only you can be your "own" worst enemy dont worry theres someone for you always...just depends how long you wanna wait XD sometimes how much you wanna settle aswell
