Hello.

I'm writing an argumentative research paper and it needs to be about 12 pages long. I have only three weeks to get the final draft done and turned it. I need opinions on this topic to include in my paper.

Is it healthier / better to be vegan / vegetarian, or is meat & dairy eating essential for humans? What do you think? Or do you not have a strong opinion on the subject?

REMEMBER THIS IS NOT ON PERSONAL PREFERENCE, BUT AN OPINION ON THE MATTER. Thanks.

Well Meat is essential for the iron that it gives off into our bodies. It's essential because iron carries hemoglobin in the blood and myglobin in the muscles and helps produce oxygen for our body.

You can supplement with iron pills, however.

i d not tihnk being either is sensible. You need the nutrients in meat to live, and artificial things just arent sensible. Other animals kill other animals for food so why cant we do the same.

There has to be a lot of research on the internet regarding this topic.

I have no issue with people choosing it, but I personally do not support the proposed health benefits of a vegan diet. And I most certainly do not support the vegan flagship that is soy. There are drawbacks that few realize.
