When I got home today my mom told me that someone reported our family to CPS.  I felt my heart and my stomach just drop.  I have no idea who did it.  All I know is when my dad gets home all hell going to break loose.  It's all my fault and I don't know what to do.  I feel so angry, sad, worried, and scared all at the same time.

I doubt it's your fault. I don't know the reason why someone would report your family but it is not your fault.

ya i had a friend that was like that she told me and i made her get help and threatened her that if she didn't i would and she did and now shes in a better home maybe its for the best for you too everything happens for a reason
