About my eating disorder now. I think my therapist told her when she was talking to her the other night. Now my mom is like, "I'm making your favorite type of chicken tonight for dinner", knowing that I'm probably going to do anything to not eat it. I don't know what to do right now. Someone please tell me something.

You're therapist isn't supposed to tell your mom those things, or anything you discuss. So she either didn't and you're over reacting or she did and you deserve your money back.

She said the only things she has to tell my parents about is if I'm hurting myself or planning on hurting someone else.

There is nothing really that you can do...
If your mum knows, she wants you to get better and from what I have heard about alot of parents whos children have eating disorders- they will go to all lengths to get them to eat and to get them healthy, no matter how much their child may kick and scream and argue and curse and claim to hate them...
Your mum will still care, she doesnt want to see you hurting, starving yourself of killing yourself.

Eating disorders are a form of harm.
She is still a minor so her parents still have some degree of control over her therapy sessions.
If she was over 18 it would be a different story

Unintentionally.
If you did continue to restrict, fast and over exersize, you organs will begin to shut down from the least needed to the most...
So typically the period stops, ecause that is not needed for everyday survival... then it might be the kidneys or liver... and last thing is the heart.
Which would mean your life is in danger= duty of care procedures take place.
You might not be dying now, but it will take its toll

It's probably for the best that your mom finds out as she can probably get you the help you need.

Oh okay then.
Well just eat, and work on getting your self back to being healthy. Your mom'll probably help.
