no. had 1 3weeks ago. but then again, i think it depends on how nice ur dentist is. like if he's the type to notice the twitch in ur eye if it becomes painful. otherwise, its kinda hard to tell ur dentist it hurts while ur mouth is wide open with his/her fingers in it
