i have anorexic behaviours and bulimic behaviours

im really really struggling with it at the moment
and i wanna ask my cousin for help...

im worried how to go about this though, i don't wanna seem like im making my self have my e.d

could someone please think of what i could say other than "im struggling"

im also struggling with depression because of this.

maybe someone could add him on msn for me and tell him im going through a rough patch at the moment...
but not tell him i told you to say.
