do not take any antidepressants, it will only shorten your like, i've known many people who have taken them and then died at 50 or 45 around that age. it is just not good for you. take yoga, meditation classes. it will help no matter what. thats what i did and i was goin through some tough ass times. seriously i recommend this better.
