The thoughts of violent actions as used to create a form of terror on the population have always been used throughout time.
I would say this though, if there was to be a terror attack and you went and were not afraid of the possibility of this happening you would be mentally strong in my own mind.
You would not give into their forms of terrorism and would make the tactics ultimately useless.
If you were not to go do to the fact of this warning and this did happen you would be ultimately giving into their terrorist tactics.
