So im a runner and i twisted my foot. I should be fine in a couple of days however til then i want to try to stay in shape. I doviouslyu cant run what do i do. Its only been a day and ive been over eating alot. Also does lifting weights burn fat Post edited at 6:09 pm on Dec. 5, 2008 by raza301
