me and my dietician (go ahead, lol, im 19 and have a dietician), we talked for a bit about me NOT having hypoglycemia, how i've been on every antidepressant and mood stabalizer known to mankind, and that i'm still edgy, neurotic, depressed, manic, and pretty damn constipated! yep...
i told her how my diet consists of mostly grains, and that if i don't eat it i start to get really irritable. she told me about wheat allergy and i agreed that i probably have that, but what i didn't know is that your actual brain can be allergic to the food, and can cause stuff like mood swings, anxiety, ect. (and constipation. i don't care if it's gross, try living with rocks in your stomach all your life)
so im gonna not eat any wheat and have rice and potatoes for my "carbs" and see how i feel. but my questoin is: don't you get essential stuff from grains? help me out plz. thanks.
