Individuals are much more than just a cheer, I do hope you know that.
You will need,
1. Music 2. A dance 3. A cheer (with good motions and motion tecnique) 4. Tumbling depending on your level.. (A,A limited, B, B limited,C, C Climited, or open) 5. Jump sequence.
All together.. You should get training at a gym.
