There's nothing wrong with sleeping a lot. Especially at your age. Are you tired through the day still?

a bit tired, yes.
i never feel...energized.
i'm a vegetarian, too.
could this affect it?
no, it can't because i've been for a year, and it hasn't until a month or so ago...

I'd say to try cutting back slightly on the sleep.

You're a vegetarian so try taking an iron supplement. Iron levels are important. Also make sure to take any other vitamins.

Watch you're calories. At your age your metabolism may be starting to speed up in which case you will need more calories to maintain. Add dancing and the growing your doing at 13 you could easily not be eating enough.

Ask a doctor too. There's really no reason not to. (Based on current info).

You're bored with little purpose/drive. And why wake up so late? Shouldn't you be in school, young lady?

If that's true then I'll admit I'm wrong, but I thought people who are as athletic and healthy as you say you are, looked younger, not older than they really are. But in any case, I apologize for the mistake.

This user caught my attention before and I checked out their other posts, and I have no idea how old she really is, but in some she's said she's fourteen and in some seventeen.

So I'm doubting you owe an apology.

for the last few weeks (maybe a month)...
i've been falling asleep at like 8 o clock, and waking up at like 9:30.
that's over twelve hours.
i'm not pregnant, i'm at a healthy weight (124 and 5'8''), and i'm 13 years old, not on any medication...
depression? that i'm not aware of?
or some kind of hidden medical cause...?

what's wrong with me?

You're 13 lovey. (Though I must say you don't look it!) Practically, at this stage of your life, your body needs 10 hours of sleep a night but usually gets less than 8. It isn't unheard of catch up on sleep.

i skip between thirteen and fourteen because i'm worried people won't take me seriously at thirteen.

and the posts that say seventeen? most likely, because i'm talking about a relationship. i tend to have relationships with people older than me (the oldest was 19, as i'm 13) . and i don't feel like getting the 'ewww' comments.
