of course if it is cold, your body will tighten your scrotum and pull up your balls

Heres what you do. You put your nutsack into a mouth(anyones, but preferably a hottie) once a day for 30 mins, and they suck away on them. Itsl be loosened in a few weeks.

keep them warm mine only hang away from my body when i have been playing with them for a while or i have been in the shower when im not playing with them or not in a warm shower thay always up

This, sorta.  In the shower you have to let your entire body's body heat warm up, not just a localized area.
