It's a custom Yamaha Aerox, Custom paintjob, Downhill handlebars, Technigas exhaust system with a Stage6 pro cylinder kit pushing out a respectable 18bhp (A lot for a scoot, Your average 50 pushes out about 3...)
Also, A 300watt set of speakers under the seat that you cant see in this pic =(

How fast/acceleration?

With the correct gearing it could.  6x the power of a normal scooter.  Kawasaki 250r gets 26rwhp.
