my dad says it isn't good enough lol. i think it is. i woke up, tested my bs it was 78. so i ate like a chicken enchilada thingie with mozerella cheese and green peppers and stuff for breakfast. 2
hours later my bs was 174. then later on in the day i ate a baggie of carrots, grapes, and celery. i didn't check after them. then for dinner i ate some chicken my dad cooked, but i weighed it out and everything. my bs was 181.
i also made in advance 2 little baggies of popcorn, as well as 3 other baggies of carrots grapes and celery for snacks for other days. he says it isn't good enough but idk how t make it better. i don't eat junk food really, if i do its very rare and very small, i try not to eat microwavable foods, i try to eat fruits and vegetables and stuff, plus idon't drink pop.

My stepdad has diabetes and the want his sugar to be around 130, so I think you're fine. If it gets much lower, eat something sweet.
