i just got a new xbox 360. how to i start to play a game? i just got a used game. im not sure how to make it play? also i think i need to update it.. but idk how and i dont ahave xbox live

If it doesn't start the game when you select it on your dashboard then chances are the used disc could be scratched. Check for scratches or smudges on the disc
