Kay, so. I'm a snacker. I eat all the time without realizing it. So I'm trying to stop.

But incase I just NEED to snack- what are healthy thigns I can snack on?

like: carrot sticks, green beans, apples, bananas, pears


etc.

Sort of true. It has about 10 per 8 inch stalk, BUT you use all those calories to eat/digest it, so it ends up being neutral in your system. It's a good choice.
